About the Founder – Promise C. Ezeh, MHIT

Promise C. Ezeh is a healthcare professional, advocate, and the visionary founder of Chika Foundation Inc., a nonprofit organization committed to improving maternal, reproductive, and mental health for women in underserved African communities.

She holds a Master’s in Health Information Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology (Pre-Health). Her career has spanned clinical quality improvement, managed care coordination, and healthcare analytics. All driven by a deep commitment to ensuring access, dignity, and quality care for vulnerable populations.

Born and raised in Anambra State, Nigeria, Promise’s journey is rooted in personal experience and community reality. The painful loss of loved ones due to preventable maternal health complications inspired her mission. Over the years, she has combined grassroots outreach with data-driven strategies to improve care both in the U.S. and abroad.

Through Chika Foundation Inc., Promise leads with compassion and purpose, bridging the gap between health systems and underserved women: one community at a time.
